No egos, no belts and no uniforms, just hard warrior training
Beginner-friendly and demanding, this class mixes the core elements or several martial arts styles including Kenpo Karate, Jujutsu, Thai Boxing and Wrestling in an intense cardio workout to condition the body and toughen the mind. Classes will include the impact work on pads, set combat techniques done with partners, free fighting and grappling, conditioning workouts and much more.
Warrior Tribe is a high-intensity, non-stop session where participants will acquire a diverse repetoire of skills equipping them to be able to fight through the typical combat ranges. It is also great entry point for students looking putting fitness first - we integrate new participant in a tailored tier system to lower the barrier of entry to effect martial arts.
