Analysing the Bubishi | The Six Ji Hands of the Shaolin Style
This is the first video in our new series in which we take the Bubishi, an Okinawan anthology of Chinese Gongfu, history and philosophy, and attempt to extract meaning and practical training from its contents in order to better our Kenpo.
In this video, we are demonstrating some practical applications of the Six Ji Hands which are special hadn positions found in kata which are often misunderstood or even misused in modern martial arts.
