Hung Gar Conditioning Workshop | 18 July 2017
We would like to extend our gratitude to Sifu Howard Dutton who very kindly came to the Modern Kenpo Karate Association honbu in order to teach a session of of Hung Gar Gongfu conditioning. We are always privileged by Sifu Dutton's presence and continued involvement with the association with due to his wealth of experience and expertise.
Thank you also to all who attended, we are very proud that we able to return Sifu Dutton's generosity by committing students to make the most of his time. It is through training such as this that we are able to understand the commonalities and heritage between our Kenpo and its Chinese progenitors such as Hung Gar.
