Aizu-Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu Course covering Yanagi no Ki no Kata, which can be translated as the Form of the Willow Tree. Over the five hour course, vital point striking, locks, pins and take-downs as contained in the Yanagi no Ki no Kata will be explored. Practitioners of all styles and grades welcome to participate.
