Valkyries MMA Coming Soon
Coming soon to the Modern Kenpo Karate Association is Valkyries MMA, an all-female mixed martial arts class predicated on fitness and conditioning. The Valkyries programme is a goal-based workout that targets the students' personal aims through a series of combat and circuit training. Using the fully-equipped Tiger and Dragon Academy, our own goal is development physical and mental welbeing of our students through communal hard work.
With Valkyries MMA, we give you the opportunity to get physically fitter, learn practical martial arts skills, gain confidence, meet new people and much more.
