NEW CLASS | Aizu-Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu Cadets Class
MKKA Martial Arts, Tiger and Dragon Academy, Winsford would like to announce the first of our new classes for 2017 - Aizu Ryu Jujutsu Cadets Class starting Thursday 19th.
This class will be for children aged 7 to 14 and is an extension of our already existing seniors class. The new cadet class will run on Thursday night 6.30pm till 7.30pm and will focus on not only powerful and effective martial arts and self-defence, but will also include exercise and fitness, skills for building self-confidence, social skills, self-discipline and an outlet for excessive energy.
MKKA martial arts has always prided itself on our mission statement of making all our students in to the perfect self they have always wanted to be, our combination of martial arts and self-development skills has been proven to help students both young and old in this capacity.
Classes will run every Thursday evening at our full time fully-equipped Winsford Tiger and Dragon Academy of Martial Arts Health and Fitness at a cost of £4 for 1 hour sessions. Students can expect to learn skills ranging from striking and blocking to joint locks, throws and hold downs, traditional weapons as well as much more.
